PLACE is working to build a sustainable world one community at a time. WĀV is a sustainable community for artists.

WĀV offers 67 live/work spaces designed for artists, including painters, writers, sculptors, photographers, actors, potters, filmmakers, dancers, musicians and more. They offer high ceilings, plentiful natural light and open flexible floor plans. They are built to the highest standards of environmental responsibility (seeking LEED Gold Award).

Fifty-four of the spaces are for rent and are affordable, meaning that their rents are adjusted on a sliding scale from $1,500/month down to $426/month including studio space and all utilities except electric. They are leased to households earning less than $53,000/year for a family of four, and less than $39,000 for an individual.

All fifty-four artist rental spaces are currently filled. There is a pool of artist households waiting. You may apply for the Artists Waiting List by sending an email request.

There are thirteen, for-sale, solar penthouses also designed as live and work spaces. They start at $525,000.
